Hope all is getting back to normal now. I’ve talked to some in your area who seem to be returning to a more routine life. For others, it seems it is still going to be a while.

I knew you’d like this! things are going well for many folks around here. but you are right in saying that for others it will be a long time. our friend who was going to college in Galveston came by yesterday. He went down to pick up some stuff. he said most of the island looks pretty bad, but he did not go down to the seawall.
