I have not been really good Beth, I've let some other areas go while I am working on my running, but all in all, I was glad I stuck to it this time! and it made today's run feel really great! the cold was not so bad w/o the rain! :) and yes, montucky, it gets really hot in the summers! I was doing really well six months ago, but took a huge fall off the wagon.
